The location was great, with access to other beaches for free, and close to a nice short hike. the room had a nice atmosphere and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast had a variety of dishes. the staff were polite and showed great responsibility. We also enjoyed the sea view from the balcony.
The facilities were outdated and in need of simple upgrades to ensure everything was in decent working order.

The hotel has a stunning ocean view from the rooms, and the breakfast offered was quite good. the location is great, very convenient to reach different beaches and the city center. Another plus was the spa, really enjoyed the massage and the relaxation time.
The customer service was lacking. the staff did not offer any help with our suitcases and was not proactive in helping us arrange transportation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the bus station that we were leaving to Rio. It was also conveniently located near other beautiful beaches, which made it easy for us to explore. Additionally, there was a nice short hike nearby that we enjoyed.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is close to a nice short hike and also to the bus station we were leaving to Rio. Moreover, the hotel provided transportation to other beaches for free. The cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable, and the breakfast offered was impressive. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.
No negatives from this place.

The view was breathtaking, with panoramic views of Ferradura and a nearly private beach. The location was convenient, just a short drive from downtown Buzios. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly. There was also a service provided to take guests to the city center.
Everything is what I need and want.

Great location with beautiful views and easy beach access. The pool area is comfortable and relaxing.
The room was very outdated and disappointing. The amenities were not up to standard and there were cleanliness issues.
